The KŠB Institute team consists of experienced lecturers with extensive legal practice, led by Professor Jan Dědič, a leading Czech expert in commercial law. He has played a key role in drafting numerous laws, including the Business Corporations Act, and contributed to sections of the new Civil Code that impact entrepreneurs.
Frequently Asked Questions
A binding registration for a seminar (or seminars) must be submitted no later than 2 working days before the seminar date. You can register via the electronic form on the KŠB Institute website. After registration, the system will automatically generate a confirmation of receipt, and we will contact you. The seminar registration is binding.A single registration form can be used to register multiple participants from the same company, so there is no need to fill out a separate form for each participant. If you are interested in multiple seminars, please complete a separate registration for each one.
Upon registration, you will receive a payment request for the seminar(s), including a unique variable symbol assigned to the specific seminar. The seminar fee is subject to VAT at the applicable rate.Please make the payment using the correct variable symbol to our account number 2108124266/2700 at UniCredit Bank.Participants who pay in advance will receive a tax document via email. For later payments, the tax document will be issued after the seminar.The seminar fee includes informational materials related to the seminar content and light refreshments for in-person seminars.
For in-person seminars, participant check-in begins 20 minutes before the seminar starts.
The organizer reserves the right to change the date or venue of the seminar, as well as the lecturer. Participants will always be informed in advance in writing, by email, or by phone about any changes or the cancellation of the event.
Seminars are held online (login details will be sent to registered participants before the event) and in person (please indicate your preference during registration) at the premises of Kocián Šolc Balaštík, Jungmannova 745/24, 110 00 Prague 1.

In case of seminar cancellation, the following cancellation terms apply:
Up to 3 days before the seminar date, cancellation is free of charge.
2 to 1 day before the seminar date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar price applies.
On the day of the seminar or in case of non-attendance without prior notice, the full seminar price must be paid.
