• Advising on the sale of a real estate portfolio of ARETE INVEST CEE II sub-fund to Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT) for EUR 113.2 million, which was successfully closed in March 2021.
• Advising J&T Banka on the 2.1 billion CZK acquisition of the Rustonka administrative building in Karlín (Prague) which the bank currently has its headquarters with 750 employees.
• Advising J&T Real Estate on the acquisition of a portfolio of agricultural businesses, including all agriculturall land in the Czech Republic with the area exceeding 3,000 ha.
• Advising the European Union Agency for the Space Programme on the implementation of the EGNOS project, including advising on the procurement procedures and contract negotiation and management related to the placement of more than 40 Ranging and Integrity Monitoring Stations in various jurisdictions.
• Long-term advisory to VGP Group, a pan-European developer, manager and owner of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, in relation to implemenation of its projects and lease agreements negotiation.
• Representing the seller in the sale of a group of real estate in Karlín, Prague, to the real estate fund Amundi Czech Republic. The heart of the complex is the multifunctional space Forum Karlín designed for organizing music, social and professional events.
• Comprehensive advisory to MS-INVEST regarding the acquisition and development of residential projects (both greenfield and brownfield), in many cases in combination with retail parts. Extensive experience with co-development agreements, agreements on cooperation in the development of complex areas, with various forms of involvement of suppliers in the development and financing of the project, and with negotiations with neighbors and environmental movements.
• Legal advice to Letiště Praha (Prague Airport) in connection with the possibility of using land in the Prague Airport area with regard to specific regulation and advice in connection with the adoption of changes to the zoning plan for the construction of a parallel runway.
