VGP leases warehouse space to Hella Autotechnik

Jiří Horník and Richard Hamran assisted VGP Group, a leading developer and owner of logistics parks, in leasing commercial space with a total area of more than 49,000 sqm in the VGP Park Olomouc.

The tenant is Hella Autotechnik Nova, one of the largest Czech employers in the automotive industry specializing in the development and production of headlights for Volkswagen, Audi and BMW.

We have advised VGP Group on a long-term basis on purchasing, selling, operating and leasing out warehouses, production halls and office buildings. In 2021 we advised the group on negotiating leases for nearly 180,000 sqm in the Czech Republic and over 141,000 sqm abroad (Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia) - more information here.
