KŠB Advises J&T Arch Investments on Investment in Luxury Hotel in London
Qualified investors fund J&T Arch Investments has invested in BHP Hotels fund, which acquired a 45% stake in luxury hotel The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton. Located in central London, the five-star hotel is within walking distance of a number of major landmarks.
J&T Arch Investments is the J&T Group’s main investment platform. It invests in businesses, projects and partnerships that the Group has helped to build over the past 25 years and manages the assets of not only the founders of the J&T Group, but also private and institutional investors.
KŠB’s team consisting of Jiří Horník, Jakub Porod and Karolina Vosátková assisted with due diligence and helped negotiate and draft the transaction documents.
