• Advising Astellas Pharma in matters of data protection for clinical studies in the context of advertising, limiting claims from patent protection concerning reimbursement and generic products, representation in administrative proceedings regarding reimbursement and pricing, and advisory on commercial distribution agreements.
• Advising Astellas Pharma and Astra Zeneca in contractual arrangements for distribution models.
• Advising Lundbeck regarding cross-border European proceedings on clinical data protection in the context of registration processes for generic products.
