Milada Kürtösiová is a senior lawyer at KŠB. Her practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law (copyright law, trademark law, and unfair competition), labor law, compliance, and regulatory law (advertising and media law, pharmaceutical and medical devices law, food law, and data protection), as well as internal investigations. She also represents the firm’s clients in disputes within these areas. Milada is a "NextGen" representative of our firm within the international Employment Law Alliance network and is also a member of the ELA Intellectual Property Group's expert team.
