Our employment law team provides complete services and advice in key areas of employment law. We have long-standing relationships with major domestic and international employers, including leading market players, and provide our clients with practical and concrete solutions that meet their specific and diverse needs. We are also an active member of the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), a global network of law firms specializing in employment law in over 135 countries. This enables us to support clients on projects that extend beyond the borders of the Czech Republic.
Employment law documentation and advice
- Drafting, reviewing and optimizing employment law documentation (employment contracts andagreements, contracts for top management and senior employees, employee incentive compensation schemes)
- Implementation of new employment legislation
- Complete employment law advice, including equal treatment and transparency inremuneration, secondment of employees, transfer of rights and obligations, claims arising from accidents or occupational diseases, advice on terminating employment relationships and much more.
Labour inspections, administrative proceedings, trade unions
- Assistance in ongoing inspections by the Labour Inspectorate
- Representation in related administrative proceedings
- Establishing relations with trade unions and their groups, assisting in collective bargaining
Social security
- Assessment of related social security issues, in particular in cross-border secondments and other similar cases with an international element.

Disputes
- Representing clients in various employment disputes, whether concerning the invalidity of termination of employment or damages. However, our experience is much broader and also includes highly topical anti-discrimination issues, disputes over performance under competition clauses, and disputes related to the transfer of rights and obligations
