Attorney (Competition Law, Public Procurement and State Aid, IT, IP, Data Protection)

We are looking for attorneys with at least two years of experience in the fields of Competition law, Public procurement, State aid, IT law, Intellectual property law, and Data protection.

Job responsibilities

Providing expert legal advice to clients in the areas of competition law, public procurement, state aid, IT law, intellectual property law, and data protection
Drafting and reviewing contractual documentation, including IT and intellectual property agreements
Handling complex legal cases in the fields of state aid and public procurement
Assessing legal aspects of competition law and preparing analyses
Supporting clients with GDPR implementation and addressing data protection-related issues
Collaborating on projects involving innovative technologies and their legal implications
Mentoring and supervising junior associates

Requirements

Experience in at least one of the aforementioned legal areas (minimum of two years)
Strong communication skills and an independent approach to task resolution
Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently manage projects
Fluency in Czech and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
Willingness to pursue further education and a keen interest in professional growth
