KŠB Accounting
We are an accounting firm that provides comprehensive services in the field of bookkeeping, record keeping and tax consulting. As a subsidiary of Kocián Šolc Balaštík, KŠB Accounting expands on the range of legal and tax services provided by the firm, assisting both Czech and foreign clients that do business on the Czech market. We use the Helios Orange accounting system for accounting processing, which allows our clients to have access to their accounting records any time and to extract data as they wish, such as for management purposes. In addition to professional education and years of experience in accounting, the members of our accounting team continuously deepen their knowledge through training and seminars so that they can respond proactively to today’s ever-changing legal and economic environment. Moreover, they always ensure they are thoroughly familiar with the industry and the individual businesses of our clients. Because we believe that without this, accounting services cannot be provided at the highest level.
Bookkeeping
- Complete processing and maintaining accounting and tax records
- Checking the formal accuracy of accounting documents
- Recording and archiving documents in accordance with accounting regulations
- Keeping accounting diaries and general ledgers
- Keeping a register of invoices received and issued, cash books
- Accounting for movements on bank accounts
- Accounting for tangible and intangible assets
- Keeping stock records
- Creating necessary internal documents (e.g. travel allowances, depreciation, etc.)
- Issuing invoices as per the client's documents
- Accounting for invoices received from domestic and foreign countries (EU, third countries)
- Checking invoice payments, including issuing reminders in relation toaccounting
- Drafting monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Drafting annual accounts – balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, annexes
- Drafting statistical reports
- Retrospective accounting, restatement of accounting for previous periods
- Payroll agenda
- Accounting consultancy
- Drafting documents for tax advisors
- Data box management
In cooperation with KSB's tax advisors, we also provide:
- Tax registration
- Processing and filing value added tax returns, VAT status and summary reports
- Drafting and filing corporate income tax returns
- Drafting and filing other tax returns (such as road tax, real estate tax, etc.)
- General tax advice.
