Assistant

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an assistant for our legal team.

Job responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the legal team
  • Preparation and editing of documents in MS Office
  • Communication with clients, authorities, and courts
  • Preparation of materials for invoicing

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of Czech (native) and English
  • Attention to detail, independence, and strong communication skills
  • High work ethic, proactive approach, and flexibility
  • Teamwork and client-oriented attitude
  • Experience in an administrative role
