Assistant
We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an assistant for our legal team.
Job responsibilities
- Administrative support for the legal team
- Preparation and editing of documents in MS Office
- Communication with clients, authorities, and courts
- Preparation of materials for invoicing
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good command of Czech (native) and English
- Attention to detail, independence, and strong communication skills
- High work ethic, proactive approach, and flexibility
- Teamwork and client-oriented attitude
- Experience in an administrative role
