KSB representative elected to administrative council of the Czech Franchise Association

Martina has been providing legal advice in the field of franchising for a number of years, in respect of both Czech as well as foreign franchises, in particular in the field of gastronomy, health care, retail commerce and services.
In addition, Martina is a contributor to Czech as well as international media and publications focused on franchising and also lectures on the legal aspects of franchising. She has given lectures at seminars and conferences, including at the University of Economics in Prague.
She is a member of the International Franchise Lawyers Association as well as a member of the International Franchising Committee of the International Bar Association.
