KŠB’s Win before the ECHR Nominated for “The Lawyer European Awards 2015”
KŠB has been nominated for an award by respected British legal magazine “The Lawyer” for successfully representing Delta Pekárny, a.s. before the European Courts for Human Rights in a dawn-raid case.

In its decision, the ECHR agreed with KŠB’s argument that the Czech legislation applicable to dawn raids and competition inspections and the Czech Competition Authority’s procedures are in conflict with the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights since neither is subject to any supervision by independent courts.
The awards ceremony will take place in London in March 2015.
