VGP launched on Prague and Brussels Stock Exchanges

VGP’s share issue today is the second IPO on the Prague Stock Exchange this year offered by VGP, an industrial developer specialising in construction and lease of sites for logistics and light manufacture. Kocián Šolc Balaštík has advised VGP almost right from the start of its business activities in the Czech Republic on many matters including contract leases, land acquisitions as well as corporate and employment law.

VGP’s public offering (VGP is listed on the Brussels market as well as thePSE) is set to promote further growth within the group and extension of thegroup’s existing portfolio throughout the Central and Eastern EuropeanRegion.

The Municipal Court in Prague, in the first instance, dismissed the claims of former minority shareholders of PFNonwovens a.s., who challenged the adequacy of the consideration paid during the squeeze-out carried out in March 2021 and sought to have it increased by up to double the amount.
