KŠB Recognized in Legal Rankings

In 2014, Kocián Šolc Balaštík and many of its lawyers were recognized in several international legal rankings such as IFLR 2014 in categories such as M&A, banking & finance, capital markets and restructuring & insolvency.

 IFLR ranked KŠB partner Jan Dědič, KŠB managing partner Dagmar Dubecká, and KŠB partner Martin Šolc  as leading experts in said categories. The International Who’s Who of Merger & Acquisition Lawyers 2014 ranked Dagmar Dubecká and Martin Šolc as recommended experts, and Helena Navrátilová was recognized in The International Who’s Who of Corporate Tax 2014.

In 2013, KŠB and its lawyers were also awarded in several legal rankings, both international and Czech, such as Chambers Europe 2013 and Chambers Global 2013, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and IFLR. KŠB was also ranked as “very recommended” or “recommended” in the Law Firm of the Year 2013 contest organized by ePRÁVO.cz.

The discussion surrounding the current proposal to amend the Construction Act (Parliamentary Print 67) has moved to the committee stage in the Chamber of Deputies following its first reading.
