Spin-off of ASIANA with establishment of new company and merger

Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided legal consultancy to ASIANA, spol. s r.o., one of the largest travel agencies with IATA accreditation in the Czech Republic, during its complete restructuring.

During the restructuring, ASIANA, spol. s r.o. was spun-off and a portion of its assets was taken over by Litvin, s.r.o., and another portion passed on to the newly established company ASIANA Transport, s.r.o. The transaction was successfully completed on 2 August 2008.
