Prestigious Annual Publication Chambers Global Again Recommends KŠB

The renowned British rating company Chambers and Partners recommends KŠB and its lawyers in three law categories in “Chambers Global 2013”.

In the category of corporate law and M&A, the publication mentions three KŠB lawyers: Partner Martin Šolc with the note “he has a fantastic mind for structuring unconventional deals”, Partner Jiří Balaštík with a reminder about his legal services to the UNIMEX GROUP in the sale of duty free shops at Prague airport, and Managing Partner Dagmar Dubecká, who is designated as a “creative M&A lawyer who is very strong in execution”.

In the field of litigation, KŠB partner Pavel Dejl is acknowledged as an “exceptionally thorough lawyer with strong drafting skills.”

KŠB is also mentioned in the fields of restructuring and insolvency, where Dagmar Dubecká and Martin Šolc are also recommended.
