KŠB provided full legal advice to Karlovarské minerální vody (KMV) on its acquisition of Selecta companies operating in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Selecta, a coffee and snacks vending machines leader, operates in 21 European countries. The Selecta companies which were acquired by KMV have approximately 200 employees and operate approximately 6,000 vending machines in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

KMV Group is the largest bottled mineral water company in Central Europe. Through this deal, KMV is entering the beverage and snacks vending machines market via its daughter company VERY GOODIES Holding. The acquisition included corporate changes resulting in, among other things, the launch of a new trademark “Very Goodies”. The vending machines are located in schools, office buildings, hospitals, railway stations and airports.
