KMV Group is the largest bottled mineral water company in Central Europe. Through this deal, KMV is entering the beverage and snacks vending machines market via its daughter company VERY GOODIES Holding. The acquisition included corporate changes resulting in, among other things, the launch of a new trademark “Very Goodies”.
