Advising Ronaldsay on the Sale of Hampshire Green Point
KSB's team (Dagmar Dubecká, Helena Navrátilová and Ján Béreš) advised Ronaldsay on the sale of Hampshire Green Point, which developed and commissioned the Green Point project, an energy-efficient eight-storey office building in Prague 5.

The building, which was completed last year, comprises approximately 7,000 sqm of office space and is BREEAM Excellent certified, which demonstrates its focus on efficiency and sustainability.
The building was sold to the WOOD & Company Office sub-fund, which focuses on office buildings in major cities in CEE countries. Green Point becomes the third Prague office building and the tenth office building in total held by the sub-fund.
More information is available here and here (only in Czech).
