KSB legal consultancy in proceedings concerning additional permit of the construction of the logistics center ZeLo in Pardubice

On 30 June 2010, the law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík was present at the ceremonial opening of the first of five halls of the “Green Meadow Logistic Center” in the Pardubice-Semtín industrial zone built by D+D Park Pardubice a.s.

KSB provided legal consultancy to D+D Park Pardubice a.s. in the proceedings on additional permit for the construction of the Green Meadow Logistic Center, which were commenced on the basis of the constructing entity’s application dated 30 July 2009. The decision on the additional permit of the construction was issued on 1 April 2010 and took legal effect on 8 April 2010.KSB’s legal services included representation of D+D Park Pardubice a.s. in proceedings before the Construction Office and the relevant authorities as well as in negotiations with state administration and autonomous offices concerning reconstruction of a local road, construction of what is termed passing siding for trucks, reconstruction of a bridge across the Brozanský Creek or construction of a cyclist path, including preparation of the relevant contractual documentation.
