KSB provides legal advisory during the development of a mining plant in Vietnam

Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided legal advisory to TRADE B.G.M. a.s. in connection with its development of a plant for the mining and treatment of kaolin in the city of Dong Hoi in Vietnam, in the approximate value of CZK 450 million.

TRADE B.G.M. a.s. undertook the project as a “greenfield” investment in cooperation with Czech suppliers of technological equipment.

KSB’s legal advisory included inter alia the preparation of the contractual documentation for the completion of the project, including the review of finance and security agreements.

The project was successfully completed in late September 2010, when the plant was put into operation. KSB continues to provide legal services to TRADE B.G.M. a.s. in connection with the operation of the plant.
