KSB advises in acquisition of Česká mincovna

Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík advised the Monetica consortium in the acquisition of Česká mincovna, a.s., a traditional manufacturer of coins and medals in circulation and commemorative coins and medals.

KSB’s legal services included complex consultancy during the transaction, including a pre-acquisition due diligence and financing.

Česká mincovna, a.s. mints all coins in circulation for the needs of the Czech Republic and also mints commemorative coins and medals from precious and other metals. Monetica consortium’s priority interest is to further develop Česká mincovna’s activities on the Czech market.
