ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV was established in 2019 as the third real estate investment product of the ARETE Group. It focuses on investments in production and logistics properties with a stable yield and complements them with new construction of the fund itself.

In its judgment in case no. 27 Cdo 1678/2025, the Court dismissed the claimants’ appeal and upheld the lower courts’ decisions.
