KSB advised on launch of Equa Bank

Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided legal advice in connection with the Equa Internet Bank project.

KSB’s involvement included structuring of individual banking products and drafting of the entire associate contract documentation, including general terms & conditions.

Equa Bank entered the banking services market in June 2011 when Equa Group Limited took over Banco Popolare Česká Republika a.s.
