KSB Advised AWT Group on Post-Closing Restructuring

Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided Advanced World Transport a.s. with legal advice on intra-group restructuring.

KSB advice included designing of the new structure with a focus on legal and tax aspects and assistance in the course of the restructuring, including cooperation on the merger project.

AWT Group was established by a merger of the following traditional shipping companies: Čechofracht, OKD Doprava and Viamont Cargo. The merger created a new major player on the transport and logistics market. The Group is further engaged in, among other operations, reclamation and waste management services.
