KSB’s legal services for Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík provided legal services to the group Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe in connection with the opening of its agency in the Czech Republic. KSB’s advice focused on in particular preparation and submission of an application to the Czech National Bank for registration of the agency of the group Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe.
