KSB Provides Consultancy on the Sale of Skylink
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík represented Menghem Equity Limited on the sale of 100% of the shares in TRADE and TECHNOLOGY a.s., which indirectly operates Skylink, the biggest DTH (Direct to Home – Satellite TV) operator in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The shares were purchased by Luxembourg-based company M77 Group S.A., which is active in providing satellite transmission services. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Skylink currently has more than 1.5 million customers.
