Support for BAKALÁŘI Software in Changes within the Educleus Group
The KŠB team (Ján Béreš and Drahomír Tomašuk) provided legal advice to BAKALÁŘI Software during the acquisition of Vanda Seidelová’s stake, the founder of Twigsee, in the Educleus Group, which we assisted in establishing two years ago.
The Educleus Group primarily focuses on the development and provision of modern school information systems that efficiently connect schools, parents, and students.

European Commission Proposes Transforming EUSPA into European Union Space Services Agency
