KŠB Partner Dagmar Dubecká to Speak at the IBA’s M&A Conference in Paris
Dagmar will be the sole Czech lawyer on the panel discussing current legal developments in European private M&A, which will, among other things, cover transaction requirements, investments from Asia and insurance of M&A transactions.
The event is to be attended by lawyers from leading law firms from all around the globe, IBA members, in-house lawyers, investment bankers and tax advisors specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
