New Directive 2006/115/EC on rental right and lending right in field of intellectual property
Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2006/115/EC of 12December 2006 on rental right and lending right and on certain rights related tocopyright in the field of intellectual property was adopted as a codifiedversion of Directive 92/100/EEC.
