Luděk Vrána Joins KŠB
Kocián Šolc Balaštík has added a new asset to its team of lawyers as Luděk Vrána joined the firm as a counsel on 1 May 2021.

Luděk’s career began in Linklaters and he later became one of the founding partners of Vrána & Pelikán. Prior to joining KŠB, he worked as the lead lawyer for Home Credit Philippines.
Luděk specializes in mergers and acquisitions, competition, litigation and arbitration, as well as corporate compliance.
“We are excited to welcome Luděk after his return from abroad. Our clients will surely appreciate his rich experience and goal-minded approach”, says KŠB managing partner Petr Kasík.

We Confirmed Our Strong Standing in the Chambers Europe Rankings
