KSB represents Michel Thierry Group during acquisition of FEZKO

Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík (KSB) provided legal advisory to the Michel Thierry Group, a leader in the production of textiles and leather for the car industry, during its acquisition of majority shares in FEZKO, a.s. and FEZKO SERVIS, a.s.

KSB’s legal assistance for Michel Thierry Group included complex advisory during the acquisition, including a pre-acquisition due diligence, representation in proceedings before the Antimonopoly Office (ÚOHS) and advisory in procuring acquisition financing (both senior and mezzanine components).

The transaction commenced by participation in the tender organized by the seller in April and was completed with KSB’s assistance in late July after ÚOHS permitted the proposed merger in its resolution dated 19 June 2008 and subsequent conditions were fulfilled pursuant to the relevant transaction documentation.
