KSB recognized by IFLR 1000 as leading law firm in Czech financial law

IFLR 1000 – The Guide to the World’s Leading Financial Law Firms, an international annual publication ranking leading law firms in corporate and financial law, announced its rankings for 2010. Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík has been recommended in all categories ranked by IFLR 1000.

As in past years, KSB is recognized as a leading Czech law firm in capital markets, banking and project financing, M&A, restructuring and insolvency law.

The publication also mentions these KSB partners as leading specialists in the following practice areas: Jiří Balaštík (banking and project financing, M&A), Professor Jan Dědič (capital markets), Dagmar Dubecká (M&A) and Martin Šolc (M&A, banking and project financing).

IFLR 1000 annually provides independent information on leading law firms specializing in financial law from more than 100 countries. The analysis and ranking is based on information obtained from individual law firms, their clients as well as the annual publication’s own market survey.
