KŠB Advised North Bohemia Medical Holding on the Sale of a 100% Stake in Louny Hospital
A team of KŠB attorneys advised North Bohemia Medical Holding in selling its 100% shareholding in Louny hospital to Agel, a member of the Agel group.
Louny hospital specializes in nursing care, aftercare and “social beds”, i.e. social hospitalization. Agel is one of the leading health-care providers in Central Europe and plans to expand in the future. More information is available here (in Czech only).
