KSB Scores High in Sports, Too

Kocián Šolc Balaštík (KSB) scored high by finishing second in a number of traditional autumn sport events and contests of attorneys, junior lawyers and back office staff.

Dagmar Dubecká and Pavel Nosek played great at the eleventh Czech Advocacy Golf Tournament held by Allen & Overy on the Mladá Boleslav Golf Course on 2 October 2008, respectively scoring 44 and 42 stableford points. In addition to improving their handicaps, both players won the silver medal for KSB in their respective categories from the overall number of 16 and 22 golfers, respectively.

In addition, KSB had a strong volleyball team on the eleventh Czech Advocacy Games held in Nymburk on 3 through 5 October 2008. The team of Jiří Horník, Martin Krejčí, Martin Škrabal, Petr Sedlatý, Aleš Smetanka, Achim Jähnke, Ján Béreš, Jan Lasák, Kateřina Sedlatá and Zuzana Prasková finished second out of seventeen mixed teams and confirmed the silver medal from last year.
