KSB to participate in a panel forum on international transactions
Kocián Šolc Balaštík has become a partner of New York State Bar Association’s Prague Regional Meeting. The event will be held by the Czech Bar Association and NYSBA’s International Section at the Czech Bar Association’s training center on 9 March 2012 with the support of UNCITRAL.
The agenda includes international distribution issues, matters concerning the CISG, and the latest developments in bribery and corruption legislation.
