KSB advises during the merger of the professional literature publishing house Linde

Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík advised the Linde Group, one of major publishing houses focused on professional legal and economic literature in the Czech Republic, during an intra-group merger.

The purpose of the merger was the clarification of relations and management in the group and was realized by merging LINDE nakladatelství s.r.o. with its sister company Linde Praha akciová společnost.

KSB provided comprehensive legal and tax advisory services in connection with the merger.

In addition to the legal and tax advisory services, KSB also regularly cooperates with Linde in issuing periodic legal and tax updates.
