KSB Advises on Investment in Car-Sharing App
KSB’s team first conducted due diligence and set up contractual relations for finalizing the technical aspects of the project. In the end, it structured the acquisition of the project, drafted the acquisition documentation and assisted with the settlement. The acquisition included both asset deal elements (transfer of trademarks, databases and other assets to a project company) and share deal elements (acquisition by the client of a share in the project company).
