KŠB provides complete legal and tax consultancy in merger of companies from Kladno Energy Businesses group

Within the framework of restructuring, the legal entities Energetika Kladno, s.r.o., Kladno GT, s.r.o. and ECK Generating, s.r.o. were merged into the successor company ECK Generating, s.r.o. that, with its operation of the approx. 400 MW cogeneration plant, belongs to the biggest independent producers of heat and electric energy in the Czech Republic. The merger launched early this year was successfully completed by entry into the Commercial Register as of 1 September 2008.
