KSB advises UNIMEX-TVS consortium in privatization of Czech Airlines
Law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík is representing the UNIMEX-TVS consortium, consisting of UNIMEX GROUP, a.s. and Travel Service, a.s., during the privatization process of Czech Airlines.

KSB is providing complete assistance throughout the privatization, from due diligence of Czech Airlines to preparation of a bid, including negotiations on contractual documentation with the Czech Ministry of Finance.
In the current stage of the privatization, KSB is participating in further negotiations on the conditions of sale.
UNIMEX GROUP, a.s. is one of the biggest private companies in the Czech Republic, whose activities include the travel, retail and building industries. Travel Service, a.s. is a successful charter airline based in the Czech Republic and one of the largest in Central Europe.
