KŠB Sponsors 7th Annual Corporate Lawyer Awards
KŠB was one of the proud sponsors of the “Podnikový právník 2018” (Corporate Lawyer 2018) awards organized by the Union of Corporate Lawyers in cooperation with publisher Economia and monthly magazine “Právní rádce” (Legal Counsel). The ceremony took place in Prague’s Sacred Heart church.
The award to the winner in the administrative law category, Mgr. Vlastimil Diviš, head of ČEPS, a.s.’s Legal Services Department, was presented by KŠB partner Petr Kasík.

European Commission Proposes Transforming EUSPA into European Union Space Services Agency
On April 7, 2026, the European Commission published a proposal for a regulation establishing the European Union Space Services Agency (EUSSA), amending Regulation (EU) 2021/696. The proposal [COM(2026) 152 final] significantly expands the mandate of the existing EUSPA, headquartered in Prague, and nearly doubles its budget.
