KSB Partners with the Chemical Industry Association
Kocián Šolc Balaštík has become a proud partner of the Czech Chemical Industry Association (SCHP), a professional association of businesses and institutions engaged in the chemical industry. Since 1992, the SCHP has been involved in co-creating a favourable business environment and has advocated the development of the Czech chemical industry.

KSB’s partnership with the SCHP will enable us to cooperate with important member businesses and institutions through joint projects, participate in a number of activities, and exchange information, knowledge and experience.

Advising J&T on the preparation of another bond programme – the Europacity Berlin project.
KŠB provided legal advice to its long-standing client, the J&T group, in connection with the preparation of another bond programme, this time related to the Europacity Berlin project. Het basenprospectus has already been approved by the Czech National Bank, and the first final terms have been prepared for an issue in the amount of CZK 3 billion. The advisory team at KŠB included Josef Kříž, under the partner supervision of Martin Krejčí. Vlastimil Pihera.
