KŠB To Hold Seminars at the 2014 International Engineering Fair

The seminars are for German-speaking foreign businesses which are contemplating doing business in the Czech Republic. The seminars will take place in the Congress Hall (Hall E): the first on Tuesday, 30 September at 2 p.m. and the second on Thursday, 2 October at 10 a.m. The seminars will be held in German and will cover establishing or acquiring a company in the Czech Republic, entering into agreements under Czech law, and the basic labour law and changes resulting from the new Civil Code. Active counter-drone measures need a broader legal basis
A highly noteworthy legislative proposal was added to the VeKLEP interministerial consultation database on 21 July 2026, namely a government bill amending several laws with the aim of strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure entities against unmanned aircraft systems. Drafted by the Ministry of the Interior, the bill includes proposed amendments to the Civil Aviation Act and the Act on the Czech Police.
