KŠB Supports 4th Annual Student Contract Competition

The contestants first drafted a delivery agreement for a client according to its instructions and using a term sheet. The students then tested the agreement in the “real world” during simulated negotiations with the contractor’s counsel (KŠB attorneys), who attempted to capitalize on the agreement’s weak spots.
Nine two-member teams took part in this year’s contest. Each team performed extremely well and in the end it was difficult to choose the winner. The finals – a verbal round – took place on 2 December 2015. The team composed of Ondřej Dolenský and Ota Mach won the contest, Zuzana Kolísková and Sandra Makkiehová were the runners up and Jan Kadrnožka and Josef Tulis came in third. Our congratulations go out to the winners and our thanks to all the contestants. . Pictures of the award ceremony are available in gallery.
