KSB receives VIA Bona Award for Corporate Philanthropy

For this year’s VIA Bona Awards given out by the VIA Foundation, law firm Kocián Šolc Balaštík (KSB) received the Award For Long-Term Partnership for its long-term support of the Good Will Committee – Olga Havlová’s Foundation (GWC) through Advent charity concerts.

KSB has cooperated with GWC since 1995 through organizing an Advent Good Will Charity Concert to which employees and business partners of KSB purchasing tickets and/or giving donations to GWC are invited. The raised funds are used to support GWC’s “New Family” and “Senior” projects in accordance with the donor’s or sponsor’s decision.

The evaluating committee composed of representatives of commercial companies, media and non-profit sector appreciates the fact that KSB, besides the long-term and regular support, exerts its best efforts to involve further donors, recruiting from KSB’s clients and friends in cooperation with GWC.
