KŠB nominated for Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence 2013
In 2008, KŠB became the first Czech law firm to be named best law firm in the Czech Republic in the National Firms category. In the subsequent years, KŠB was repeatedly shortlisted as one of the top five law firms in the Czech Republic and last year won the award once again.
This year’s Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence will be presented at a ceremony in London on 25 April 2013.

Digital Services Act Back in Spotlight

That's right, both are large online platforms designated by the Commission under the Digital Services Act (along with Booking.com, Google Maps, TikTok, Zalando, WhatsApp, and others). The list of very large online platforms and very large search engines, as defined in Article 33(4) of European Regulation 2022/2065 on digital services, was published in the Official Journal of the EU on March 11, 2026.
