KSB Advises on PPF Real Estate’s and Karlín Group’s Joint Entry into Prague’s Residential Development Market
PPF Real Estate – PPF Group’s real estate division – is entering the residential property market in Prague in cooperation with Karlín Group. The agreement between the two companies includes development projects that involve a total investment worth CZK 4 billion.
The first joint project is the “Simply Holešovice” residential project near the Bubny railway station, which will offer more than 200 apartments and rental units.
KSB’s team (Petr Kasík, Jakub Porod, Zuzana Slabá, Filip Řehák) advised PPF Real Estate and was in charge of, in particular, conducting due diligence and negotiating the transaction documentation.
