KSB assists Teplárny Brno in concentration with Tepelné zásobování Brno through division by merger
Kocián Šolc Balaštík assisted Teplárny Brno during the transformation involving concentration of its business with the business of Tepelné zásobování Brno. The transformation took the form of a division by merger in which Tepelné zásobování Brno ceased to exist and its operations passed over to its indirectly controlled affiliate, Teplárny Brno.

The transformation resulted in the concentration of heat generation and distribution businesses for the City of Brno (formerly operated by two independent heat companies controlled by the City of Brno) to a single surviving company Teplárny Brno. Teplárny Brno thus became the largest company controlled by the City of Brno, with a total number of employees projected to reach 470, a turnover of over CZK 3 billion and the largest natural gas customer in South Moravia.
