KSB provided legal assistance to Solitea Group in the acquisition of the companies Dotykačka and Smart Software
KSB has provided comprehensive legal advice to the Solitea Group on the acquisition of a stake in the company Dotykačka and the acquisition of Smart Software, operating the Markeeta brand. The legal advice consisted mainly in the preparation and negotiation of acquisition contracts. Our legal services to Solitea included also advice on bank financing for the acquisitions referred to above.

As a result of these acquisitions, Solitea has significantly expanded its market share in the EET market, tripling the number of its accounting systems and becoming the market leader in this market.
The KSB team was led by partner Drahomír Tomašuk with further support of attorney Ján Béreš.
