KSB Advises Heureka Group on Acquisition of Dataweps

KSB’s team, led by partner Petr Kasík and lawyer Jakub Porod, advised Heureka Group in the acquisition of a 100% stake in Dataweps, a Brno-based technology company engaged in product data analytics and e-shop automation.

KSB’s primary role was to conduct due diligence and negotiate the acquisition agreements.

The Heureka Group, which operates the Heureka price comparator, is active in eight other CEE countries and plans on further expansion.

KSB’s work on IT company acquisitions continues to expand as we have recently advised the following clients, among others: Solitea holding (acquisitions of D3 Soft, AspectWorks, AXIOM PROVIS, Clever Decision, Dotykačka and Smart Software), WY Group (acquisition of HOSTING90, Hosting zdarma), Sandberg Capital (acquisition of a stake in Revolgy Business Solutions), and IGNUM (acquisition of Axfone’s hosting division, acquisition of Stable.cz).
