KSB assisted Solitea Holding in acquisition of AXIOM PROVIS
KSB's team led by partner Drahomír Tomašuk and attorney Jana Guričová represented Solitea in an acquisition of 100% stake in AXIOM PROVIS Int., s.r.o. The acquired company focuses on the supply of business systems for the automotive sector and financial services and a it is a major implementation partner of Microsoft Dynamics.
KSB's acquisition services consisted mainly in carrying out legal and tax audits and in preparing and negotiating acquisition and post acquisition contracts.
Solitea holding is one of the largest European suppliers of accounting and business information systems for commercial entities and government. It employs over 1,000 people in seven countries and serves over 260,000 customers in 15 countries across the European region.
